Other matters to be handled by foreign invested enterprises after being issued the business license: Enterprises registering their business domicile as Beijing at the State Administration for Industry and Commerce should check registered items before getting their business licenses, and handle successive registration formalities at the following departments within 30 days from the date of issuing the business license, of which registered items have been verified to be accurate (for your information, we have provided the address and the telephone number of each department).

1. Inscribe the official seal

2. Handle the Enterprise Registration Code Certificate

3.Registration of Foreign Exchange

4. Open a bank account
Enterprises can freely choose their desired banks and handle related procedures.

5. State tax registration
Enterprises with registered capital exceeding USD 5 million should apply to the Branch Concerning Foreign Business of Beijing Municipal Office SAT for registration procedures .

Enterprises with registered capital exceeding USD 5 million should apply to related district (where the enterprise is located) branch concerning foreign business of SAT for registration procedures .


6. Local tax registration
Enterprises with registered capital exceeding USD 5 million should apply to the branch concerning foreign business of beijing local taxation bureau for registration procedures.

7. Registration with Statistics Authorities
Please apply to the related district (where the business domiciles is located) bureau of statistics for registration procedures.

8. Registration with Finance Authorities
Please apply to the related district (where the business domiciles is located) bureau of finance for registration procedures.

9. Registration with the Customs
Please apply to Beijing Customs or its authorized registration departments for registration procedures.

10. Registration with Labor and Social Security Authorities
Please apply to Beijing Municipal Bureau of Labor and Social Security for registration procedures.
Please apply to the related district (where the business domicile is located) administrative center of social insurance for social insurance registration procedures.
