Circular on Implementation of Suggestions on Implementation of Several Issues Applicable for Law of Examination, Approval, Registration and Administration of Foreign-funded Enterprises

The Administration for Industry and Commerce of the Province, Autonomous Region and Municipality directly under the Central Government and City directly under State planning:

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Ministry of Commerce, General Administration on Customs and State Administration of Foreign Exchanges print and issue the Suggestions on Implementation of Several Issues Applicable for Law of Examination, Approval, Registration and Administration of Foreign-funded Enterprises (GSWQZ [2006] No. 81, hereinafter referred to as Suggestions on Implementation) on Apr. 24, 2006 so as to help properly conform to the Company Law of PRC, Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Administration of Registration of Companies and the relevant laws regarding to the foreign investment, keep the consistency of China's laws and policies in respect of utilizing the foreign investment, and further improve the quality and level of the management over the permission of direct foreign investment. For the purpose of fulfilling the Suggestions on Implementation in a better way, it is now inform of the relevant issues as follows.
