Instructions on how to download and use those new registration forms |

To cater to the new situation of foreign capital access after China's entry into WTO, as well as to standardize procedures for registration of foreign invested enterprises, our bureau has been formulating those new registration forms since 2002 and the work is now successfully completed after considering extensive advices and carrying out modifications. After good consideration, we decide to start using those forms and offer the following instructions on how to download and use those new registration forms: 1. Type of business Those forms are in three types: 1)Foreign invested enterprises; Enterprises need identify their appropriate business type before opening applicable file packets 2. | 1) | For each type of business, there are three file packets for establishment (open a business) registration, modification registration and cancellation registration respectively; |
| 2) | Enterprises applying establishment (open a business) registration and cancellation registration must download all files in the file packet; |
| 3) | Modification registration forms are in loose-leaf form. Besides downloading the modification application form, enterprises only need to download forms corresponding to modification items. Enterprises applying for multiple modification items only need to download one application form. |
| 4) | Files to be submitted for modification registration are specified on the upper half of each modification form. Enterprises applying for multiple modification items do not need to submit repetitive documents. |
In regard to those forms, the business license collection form is not required to be filled, as well as those items contained in the establishment (open a business) application form to be approved (filled) by the registration authority. |
