Responsibilities | ||||||

Drafting, revising and interpreting regulations, rules and measures concerning the registration of foreign invested enterprises. |

Examining and approving the application for registration of foreign invested enterprises, representative offices and branches of foreign companies, and issuing licenses. | ||||||

Inspecting registration items of the foreign invested enterprises registered in SAIC. | ||||||
|
Supervising registration and inspection activities of local AIC's on foreign invested enterprises, representative offices and branches of foreign companies registered therein. | ||||||
